Who is David Lowes? Duncan Realtor - Firefighter - Charities

About Me

I'm passionate about serving my real estate clients throughout the Cowichan Valley.

DAVID LOWES

I build my business on integrity and service.

I have been a Duncan REALTOR® serving clients throughout the Cowichan Valley at RE/MAX Island Properties (formerly RE/MAX of Duncan) for 10 years. I love helping people find the home of their dreams, and working with my sellers to get the best possible price and terms for their house sale.

I specialize in residential house sales including acreages and waterfront properties. I am also very experienced with new builds, lot purchases, and development work. I pride myself on handling difficult situations and negotiations with ease and integrity on behalf of my clients, ensuring smooth buying and selling experiences.

My wife and I have lived in Duncan for 20 years, raising our two great kids in the wonderful Cowichan Valley. My local expertise and knowledge are valuable assets to my buyers and sellers. I am proud to call this beautiful community home and would love the opportunity to discuss real estate with you.

Here’s what you can expect working with me.

CHARITIES I SUPPORT

"I believe that when we all work together, we can accomplish great things." ~ Dave

Nourish Cowichan

Children are the future of our community. In some circumstances, through no fault of their own, children go hungry in our schools.

A well-nourished child will do better at school, will be healthier, and will have a better chance to reach their full potential. I believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed.

I contribute directly to Nourish Cowichan so no child in the Cowichan Valley will go hungry.

Toys, Toiletries and Toques

This local charity assists our community's families to have a special holiday season through donations via local Food Banks and Community Resource Centers.

Wounded Warriors Canada | PTSD Support Dogs

Our armed forces personal who represent Canada and Canadian values and our first responders – Firefighters, Paramedics and Police – give everything they have for our country and community. Sometimes, through the course of their service the price to help others is very high and can lead to crippling depression, PTSD and in some tragic cases suicide.

I contribute directly to the PTSD Support Dog Program with Wounded Warriors Canada. A dog companion with its unconditional love and companionship can help with traumatic memories and effects of PTSD.

Supporting people that support us is the least we can do.
