Who is David Lowes? Duncan Realtor - Firefighter - Charities

about me.

I'm passionate about serving our community

I build my business on integrity and service.

I have been a Duncan REALTOR® at RE/MAX Island Properties for almost 10 years. I love helping people find the home of their dreams and working with my sellers to get the best price and terms possible for their sale.

Experienced with re-sales including acreages and waterfront properties, new builds, lot purchases and development work, I pride myself on handling difficult situations and negotiations on behalf of my clients ensuring the buying or selling process goes smoothly.

I have a passion for helping people with one of the most significant financial transactions of their life. I find community involvement as a firefighter with the North Cowichan Fire Department and involvement with other charities very rewarding.

Nourish Cowichan

Children are the future of our community. In some circumstances, through no fault of their own, children go hungry in our schools.

A well-nourished child will do better at school, will be healthier, and will have a better chance to reach their full potential. I believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed.

I contribute directly to Nourish Cowichan so no child in the Cowichan Valley will go hungry.

Wounded Warriors Canada | PTSD Support Dogs

Our armed forces personal who represent Canada and Canadian values and our first responders – Firefighters, Paramedics and Police – give everything they have for our country and community. Sometimes, through the course of their service the price to help others is very high and can lead to crippling depression, PTSD and in some tragic cases suicide.

I contribute directly to the PTSD Support Dog Program with Wounded Warriors Canada. A dog companion with its unconditional love and companionship can help with traumatic memories and effects of PTSD.

Supporting people that support us is the least we can do.
